Millette is an awesome realtor!! She refuses to let her clients give up on the home buying process. I was pre approved for home loan then once I put offer in I was told I was unable to purchase due to my 1099 work status. Milette refused to let me give up. She went above and beyond to try to find avenues for me to get approved with my 1099 work status. She constantly sent motivating text, emails and other avenues for home buying. She gave me the idea to try a rental until my 1099 status met homebuyer guidelines. She worked with me to find rental just as she worked with me to find home to own.
